Shipping Information

DOMESTIC

Domestic shipping is flat rate with options to upgrade.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All standard shipments require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive. All express shipping requires 1-2 business days to process and between 2-3 business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is paid by the customer by location.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We understand that not everything always works out! Please reach out to us directly and let us know how we can make it right.

Returns are limited to a 14-day period.

General returns

If you would like to return any product(s), please contact us at info@loka.haus within fourteen (14) days of receiving with your original order number. A shipping label will be emailed to you with instructions. Once the product is received in full condition, your refund will be issued.

Damaged during shipping or defective

Please contact us at info@loka.haus with your order number + a picture of the defected product and we’ll take care of your request.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please return the item within fourteen (14) days following guidelines above and re-order any items as wished.
