Every piece in the Convertible Collection is designed around a single question: what does this garment become when the closure moves?
The answer is hand-cast brass hardware — organic ring and bar forms made in the Austin studio from cold-cast resin and real brass powder. The hardware isn't decorative. It's structural. It holds the silk in one configuration and releases it into another. The same garment becomes a halter, an open-back column, a gathered wrap — depending on where the brass sits and how the fabric is drawn through it.
We're cutting from deadstock silk charmeuse, the same fabric as the current Silk collection, and other deadstock natural fibers. Limited by yardage. When the run is gone, that colorway closes.
