The distance between the sun & the Earth is 108 times the sun’s diameter, and the number can be found in many ancient structures and symbols. In malas specifically, this number represents the path to spiritual completion.

The Celestial Mala represents the manipura chakra: the health of body & mind, our personal power & life purpose. This chakra connects to the celestial loka, the color yellow, the planet Sun, and the element fire.

Yellow Tiger Eye: brain hemisphere integration, perception, pride, willfulness, yin-yang
Yellow Jasper: release of toxicity, physical & spiritual protection, direction on life path
Green Malachite: transformation, intense internal power, breaking psychosexual blocks, releasing inhibitions
